History of the Spectrum Open

Launched by Spectrum Pension Consultants, in 2006, the Spectrum Open Golf Tournament and Dinner Event is our annual signature fundraising event. The Fund named after Spectrum’s founder who lost a 6-month battle with bladder cancer in December 2005, supports cancer research, treatment and care initiatives.

The event celebrates Pano’s love of life, friends, good food and wine, and golf.  Since late 2005, the Pano Koumantaros Cancer Research Fund has raised over $1,500,000 through Memorial donations and major events.
